Ageing on slats for 2 or 3 years.
Dosage: 7,5 g/l
Ideal as an apéritif or served with a meal.
It goes superbly with grilled meats and perfectly with red fruits salads.
Serve at 7°c.
Low dosage and very low sulphur content.
